ASSISTANT SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting hydrographic and topographic surveys using GPS, total stations, multi-beam echo sounders, and other relevant survey equipment.
Support the setup, calibration, and maintenance of survey instruments and systems.
Work closely with the dredging team to provide real-time positioning and monitoring data.
Collect and process field data for volume calculations, progress monitoring, and reporting.
Assist in preparing survey drawings, charts, and technical reports using CAD and specialized software.
Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment usage.
Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site.
Support Senior Surveyors and Engineers in ensuring that dredging works comply with design specifications.

Job Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Geodetic Engineering, Hydrographic Surveying, Geomatics, Marine Science, or related field
License Geodetic Engineer
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD Software
Knowledgeable in Volume Calculations using software's ( Hypack, TBC, AutoCAD Civil 3D etc.,)
With Hands-on Experience in Bathymetric Surveys
