Junior multimedia artist

POSITION: JUNIOR MULTIMEDIA ARTIST

As a Junior Multimedia Artist, you’ll be at the heart of brand storytelling — focusing on enhancing our visual storytelling through video editing, graphics, and motion graphics. This is a full-time position, suitable for someone passionate about multimedia production and eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

You will report to the Social Media Content Officer for direction, working closely with the team to deliver visually stunning work that aligns with brand guidelines, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.

• Apply and implement visual design practices and principles to the development of visual media of various formats (static and interactive graphics, videos, animations, interactive simulations, etc)
• Create, maintain, and understand branding identity strategy of JAC
• Help produce static, video, or motion graphics content that enhance storytelling and engage viewers, using animation techniques to bring static visuals to life.
• Collaborate on maintaining brand consistency in multimedia projects, contributing to brand identity development through thoughtful design choices.
• Shoot videos when needed for social media content
• Organize and manage creative assets and project files
• Create, manage, and layout design but are not limited to:
• Infographics
• Logos
• Social media content
• Campaign assets
• Other online/offline collaterals

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or related field, or relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating your work and creative abilities.
• Familiarity with common tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Indesign, Adobe After Effects, and Canva. Basic knowledge of Figma and CapCut is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in videography and photography
• A strong eye for layout and composition, along with an understanding of branding principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and styles, with enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with the team and present ideas confidently.
• Experience in multimedia design or content creation – fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Applicants with strong portfolios but limited experience may also be considered
