HR Assistant
Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and energetic HR Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on attending job fairs, conducting career talks at schools, and managing partnerships with universities for the Technograd program. The HR Assistant will play a key role in promoting the company’s recruitment efforts and ensuring the growth of university partnerships, in addition to providing general HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Fair Representation:
- Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and recruitment events to attract qualified candidates.
- Assist with booth setup, engage with potential candidates, and provide information about job opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with event organizers to stay updated on upcoming recruitment opportunities.
- Career Talks at Schools:
- Visit schools and universities to conduct career talks, educating students on the company’s career opportunities and industry insights.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations about the company’s mission, values, and available career paths.
- Build relationships with school career counselors and faculty to encourage students to explore opportunities with the company.
- University Partnership Management (TECHNOGrads Program):
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities to expand the TECHNOGrads program, a collaboration between the company and higher education institutions.
- Proactively reach out to universities and pitch the benefits of partnering with the company for the TECHNOGrads program.
- Coordinate with university representatives to establish and maintain strong partnerships, ensuring a smooth collaboration for talent pipeline development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or event coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage students and university representatives effectively.
- Experience or interest in building partnerships with educational institutions is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for HR-related tasks, and a passion for connecting with young talent.
