- Format and convert to be typed Word files into print-ready PDFs with correct titles and naming conventions.
- Review and touch up existing PDF documents for formatting, completeness, and alignment.
- Rename, organize, and tag documents for easy internal access.
- Check scanned documents for clarity, missing pages, and image quality. If any pages missing, to flag it out for immediate rectification.
- Generate and prepare students' monthly invoices for billing.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling academic content and student-related files.
- Communicate regularly via WhatsApp or email regarding task updates or clarifications.
