Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive, person-centered, and evidence-informed assessments to build a holistic approach for each client.
- Develop and deliver personalized intervention plans that align with our commitment to maximize each individual's potential.
- Educate and empower caregivers and families, fostering greater acceptance and building supportive skills to help their child’s progress.
- Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in full compliance with Philippine regulatory standards (PRC, PhilHealth, Data Privacy Act, and clinic's NDA).
- Actively participate in inter-professional collaboration, working seamlessly with our team of therapists, developmental pediatricians, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated, collaborative care.
- Engage in continuing education and remain informed on the latest research in rehabilitation sciences, contributing to our culture of learning and excellence.
Qualifications/Requirements
