Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• No BPO experience required (training will be provided)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Willing to work on-site and night shift
