Job Title: Experienced Commercial Property Admin Assistant
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Wage: $6 USD - $10 USD / hr

Schedule: 20-40 hrs/week

VirtueStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Experienced Commercial Property Admin Assistant to support our clients in managing their commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial property management and administrative tasks, who is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Research commercial properties and find ownership information
  • Market current listings
  • Backtrace or skip trace to find contact info of property owners
  • Make calls to commercial property owners
  • Provide administrative assistance, including reminders on important dates
  • Assist with the administration and management of commercial properties, including ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
  • Serve as a liaison between property owners, tenants, and service providers
  • Maintain accurate records of property maintenance, inspections, and tenant interactions
  • Support the leasing process by preparing documents, processing applications, and conducting tenant screenings
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Manage tenant communications, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for vacant properties
  • Prepare reports and presentations for property management purposes
  • Stay updated on local property management regulations and market trends
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support within the commercial property management sector
  • Strong understanding of commercial property management practices and terminology
  • Experience with commercial property research, including finding ownership and contact information
  • Proven ability to market current listings and perform property skip tracing
  • Experience with appointment setting and providing general administrative assistance, including managing reminders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote workspace
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Experience in a remote environment preferred
