Facilities Electrical Management Engineer

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Facilities Electrical Management Engineer to join our Plant and Facility Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Facilities Electrical Management Engineer is a member of the Facilities Innovation Section that is responsible for the enhancement and improvement of company’s Electrical Systems. In this role you are expected to make propose, implement and make recommendations that are aligned with the project objectives and contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of electrical infrastructure of the company.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Develop and propose Electrical System Improvement Initiatives through innovative ideas that aimed at enhancing and improving company’s electrical system.
• Update Electrical As-Built Drawings promptly to reflect changes as they occur, maintaining accurate and current documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive reports and perform Factory Acceptance Tests on new electrical equipment prior to shipment to TMP, verifying compliance with quality standards.
• Provide swift response to emergency electrical issues and carry out detailed root cause analysis to resolve problems effectively.
• Oversee and manage the Section’s Electrical Engineering Projects, ensuring smooth progress from initiation to completion.
• Ensure recommendations made to internal customers electrical issues and needs are both appropriate and compliant with applicable government and TMP standards.
• Effectively handles project management activities and develop detailed Scopes of Work to guide the successful and safe completion of all electrical engineering projects.
• Make connections outside of TMP to stay updated on the latest developments in Electrical Technology and safety improvements.

Skills required:

• With two years of dedicated experience in Electrical As-Builts and Diagrams
• Able to perform Electrical Analysis and formulate procedures for safe execution.
• Sound knowledge in As-builts and Mechanical Tech Diagrams.
• Expertly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Adept at using technical software like AutoCAD and ETAP (plus factor).
• Possess the ability to communicate with clarity and impact.
• Equipped with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• A tenacious team player.
