Define and lead quality engineering strategy, standards, and governance across digital products
- Drive adoption of automation-first testing frameworks (functional, API, performance)
- Manage QA teams, including automation engineers and test analysts, ensuring capability growth
- Oversee test planning, execution, UAT, and release readiness with quality gates in place
- Monitor defects, lead root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX, and operations teams
- 6-10 years in software QA/quality engineering; 3+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience in automation testing (functional, API, regression)
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
- Knowledge of CI/CD, shift-left testing, and Agile delivery environments
- Strong capabilities in API validation, performance testing, and defect analysis
