Sales Supervisor - Cavite

The Sales Supervisor plays a key role in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure effective promotion and distribution of Nabati products throughout the Philippines. This position oversees daily sales operations, drives market execution, maintains client relationships, and supports branch leadership in building a high-performing sales force.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide the day-to-day activities of Sales Representatives to ensure efficient execution of sales strategies and territory management.
- Monitor product placement, stock availability, and merchandising standards across all assigned retail channels (supermarkets, malls, and other sales points).
- Track and evaluate team performance against KPIs; provide coaching, feedback, and support to improve results.
- Coordinate and implement approved marketing and trade activities within assigned areas.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining qualified sales personnel in collaboration with Branch Leadership.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to upper management.
- Maintain active communication with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitor activity to support proactive sales strategies.
- Organize and deliver effective sales presentations using up-to-date sales tools and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing, client information, and leads.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, Distribution, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years total work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role in sales.
- Experience in field sales, distribution, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (reporting, analysis, tracking)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset
- Results-oriented and driven by performance metrics
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must be amenable to onsite work and shifting schedules
- Must own a motorcycle for fieldwork and territory coverage
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
