THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, is a proudly Australian-owned food manufacturer with a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability. As part of their digital transformation journey, they are expanding its data capabilities to support smarter, faster decision-making across the business.

They are currently seeking a Power BI Developer to join their growing IT team.

This role will drive data accessibility and insight generation across departments, including finance, manufacturing, and leadership. The Power BI Developer will lead the development of scalable data models, support cloud migration initiatives, and enable self-service analytics through modern Microsoft technologies.

This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about turning complex data into actionable business intelligence.

During the initial training period and the first 3–6 months of employment, team members are required to work on-site full time. Upon successful completion of probation, hybrid work arrangements will be considered in consultation with the Account Manager.

The standard hybrid model consists of three days in the office and two days working from home. The office is located at Bonifacio Stopover, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making across departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders—including Finance, IT, and Leadership—to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data models.
  • Manage data pipelines and workflows using Microsoft Fabric, DevOps, and Runbooks to ensure data accuracy, security, and availability.
  • Lead the migration of data infrastructure to Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, ensuring smooth transition and high data integrity.
  • Document data processes, models, and system integrations to support transparency, scalability, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support self-service analytics by enabling end users with accessible, well-structured data and training where needed.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and innovation in data reporting and analytics.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
  • 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data integration, and reporting within complex enterprise environments
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and SAP ECC6, with hands-on experience in data pipelines, modeling, and automation
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, governance, and security best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cloud migration projects and deliver scalable, insight-driven reporting tools
  • Experience working with manufacturing, finance, or safety data is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
