What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming calls from customers, promptly addressing their technical queries and issues
- Provide step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting to help customers navigate our healthcare platform and resolve any problems they encounter
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Fluency in both English and Filipino
