We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Service Desk and Security Analyst to join our growing IT team. This hybrid role combines frontline technical support with a focus on IT security operations. You will be the first point of contact for internal technical support issues, while also playing a key role in protecting our infrastructure from security threats.

Key Responsibilities
?️ IT Service Desk:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to internal users via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues.
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
- Assist with the setup and deployment of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures for future reference.
- Security Analyst:
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Support the implementation of security policies, procedures, and awareness programs.
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure secure system configurations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3 years in an IT support or security role (combined or separate).
- Certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security+, ITIL, Microsoft M365, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365 environments.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and network security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
