Senior Marketing Officer - Manila

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for implementing and overseeing the marketing initiatives of Commercenter Alabang. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies based on analyze data.

He/She evaluates key data and reports (e.g. mall foot traffic) to develop forecasts, set marketing objectives, and support the achievement of business targets.

• Collect and analyze market trends, generate reports and recommendations based on data analysis to guide marketing strategies.

• Conceptualize and implement marketing plans for mall operations and tenant engagement.
• Plan promotional activities, seasonal events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic.

• Coordinates with suppliers, tenants, and event partners for promotions and activation.

• Handles liquidation of marketing expenses and ensure compliance with financial protocols.
• Monitor spending to ensure adherence to budget limits.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in a managerial capacity in marketing; minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or budget planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or similar, and must be adept at digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• With experience in event planning and on-ground execution.
