TRAINING OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Standardize and calendarize all Training Plans and Programs for the year.
- Assist in the preparation of the Final Annual Training and Development budget by reviewing and consolidating Training Budget for all Departments.
- Monitor the monthly attainment of the approved budget training expenses.
- Ensures expenses initiated by the department is liquidated properly and timely.
- Analyze and interpret results of activities implemented for sustainability and further development of training and development programs
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of HR or any 4-year course with background as Training Staff/Officer
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in all facets of Training and Development
- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Analytical and Logical Skills
- Good rapport builder
