Revenue Manager / Data Analyst
We’re looking for a Revenue Manager to join our team at Haven to lead pricing and performance strategy across a portfolio of vacation rentals, with a focus on maximizing revenue and occupancy.
You’ll ensure our listings are competitively positioned in the market using dynamic pricing, intelligent forecasting, and listing optimization best practices. Your work directly supports owner satisfaction and retention, and you'll collaborate closely with other revenue team members and leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of revenue management experience in the U.S. vacation rental or short-term rental space
- Deep understanding of longer booking windows and larger home pricing dynamics
- 3–5 years of experience using tools like Pricelabs, Wheelhouse, Looker Studio, KeyData, and PMS systems like Hostaway, etc.
- Experience with KeyData is a must.
- Advanced spreadsheet knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, or other collaborative platforms (a plus)
- Comfortable sharing data and explaining what it means to the team in simple terms.
- Someone who genuinely loves revenue strategy, cares about getting things right, and is always curious to learn more and win.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Managing revenue strategy for a portfolio of large vacation homes (5+ bedrooms)
- Using tools like PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, and Hostaway to analyze performance and set pricing
- Watching booking windows, trends, and competitor data to adjust rates and maximize earnings
- Spotting opportunities for listing optimization (titles, photos, descriptions, etc.)
- Using KeyData and other dashboards to track results and present findings in a clear, actionable way
- Collaborating with the team on ClickUp and Slack, and aligning weekly on strategy and priorities.
