• Draft and review contracts, legal opinions, correspondences, pleadings, notices, board meeting minutes, secretary certificates and other commercial and legal documents
• Appear before judicial, quasi-judicial, and administrative bodes, from time to time, with or without the external counsel.
• Manage external law firms that the company instructs.
• Serves as DPO of the company
• Advise on day-to-day matters of the company.
• Monitor case calendar and filing deadlines.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

• Has at least 2 years law firm experience as a member of the bar.
• Experienced in litigation, labor law, general legal advisory service
• DPO is an advantage but not required
• Proficient in English.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Has good organizational skills.
• Is meticulous.
• Willing to work onsite when required by the company.
• Maintains absolute confidentiality and secrecy of company matters.
