We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our growing contact centre in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service agents, ensuring they provide exceptional support to our clients.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coach a team of customer service agents, providing guidance and feedback to help them excel
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement training programs to upskill your team and improve their capabilities
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless operations and a consistent customer experience
- Provide regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development
- Identify and address any issues or concerns within the team, and escalate as necessary
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using customer service and contact centre software, as well as Microsoft Office applications
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
