The ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher is responsible for conducting engaging English classes for international students face-to-face. The role includes preparing lessons suited to each student’s level, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The teacher is expected to maintain a positive and interactive learning environment while ensuring class quality. Other academic-related tasks may be assigned by the Head Teacher or Academic Department.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

Graduate of any 4-year course (Education, English, Communication, or related fields preferred but not required)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Can handle students of different levels and nationalities with patience and enthusiasm
Flexible and can work under pressure
Passionate about teaching and continuous learning
Punctual, responsible, and has a positive attitude
If not from Cebu, willing to be relocated

Job Description:

Conduct engaging English classes for international students (online or face-to-face)
Prepare lesson materials and activities according to student level and needs
Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Ensure class quality and maintain an encouraging learning environment
Perform other academic-related tasks assigned by the Head Teacher or Academic Department
