Brief Summary:
We are hiring Office and Back Office Support Associates to assist in daily administrative and non-voice operations of our BPO office. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who prefer behind-the-scenes work and want a stable career in the BPO industry.
Job Responsibilities- Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations
- Encode, update, and maintain internal records and databases
- Organize files, reports, and documents accurately
- Assist departments with back-office and documentation requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards
- At least HS Graduate / SHS Graduate (college level is a plus)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Willing to work onsite in a BPO office
