NowServing is a fast-growing healthcare platform that connects patients with healthcare providers across the Philippines. Our mission is to make quality healthcare more accessible to everyone. With thousands of active healthcare providers and growing rapidly, we're looking for a Healthcare Partnerships Manager to expand our institutional partnerships.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager who will own our healthcare institution relationships and drive growth through strategic partnerships. You'll work directly with the founding team to develop and implement our institutional partnership strategy with hospitals, HMOs, and other healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure partnerships with healthcare institutions across the Philippines
  • Develop and execute account strategies for long-cycle enterprise sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner institutions
  • Negotiate partnership terms and contracts that benefit all parties
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each institution's needs
  • Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain detailed documentation of partnership activities and outcomes

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (healthcare industry experience is a plus)
  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing long-cycle enterprise deals
  • Experience with sales methodologies and CRM platforms
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptable and resilient mindset capable of navigating complex organizational structures
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
