We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role involves managing receivables, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting compliance efforts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and have solid accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and disbursements.
• Prepare tax documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Create financial reports to aid business decisions.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow.
• Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Enhance accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee payroll processing and verify wage calculations and deductions.
• Handle payroll tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial and payroll records.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, office administration, or data management.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (Paylocity is a plus).
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with platforms like Magento, NetSuite, Great Plains, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Background in audit participation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
