CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS

Formulates, monitors, and implements project strategies and planning. Estimates the needed materials, manpower, tools and equipment for the project site and tracks all movement of projects.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering, not necessarily licensed
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle coordination between CMT and HBDC
• Experienced in precast concrete methodology and pre-engineered buildings
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD
• Familiar with Rebar works, Formworks, Concreting Works
• Familiar with Electrical works, Plumbing works, Mechanical works and Fire Protection
• With at least 4 years’ experience in Building Construction as a Construction Manager
• Capable of handling at least 150 workers with different workers’ attitude
• Capable in handling and solving project site’s issues such as manpower, materials, productivities.
• Can strictly monitor Subcontractors’ scopes and billings
