Technical Support Engineer (Metro Manila)
Under the direction of the CSD Supervisor or Manager, provide technical service and support to relevant customers by:
- Being the resource person on entry-level IT-based products and solutions.
- Doing evaluation and testing on entry-level IT products.
- Provide resolution to escalated problems on supported entry-level IT products and software.
Responsibilities:
- To do on-site diagnosis, isolation and assessment of computer related technical problems; troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of PCs, laptops and printers.
Others:
- Location: client-based deployment - can be anywhere in Metro Manila based on the urgency of the project assignment requirement
- Work schedule: Possible shifting schedule
- Employment status: Contractual/ Project-based to coterminous with the project assignment (To be explained further during the interview)
