Sales Representative – Dermatology Clinics (+ Commission) - Tarlac

We are looking for a highly connected contractual Medical Sales Representative to help distribute a clinic-only skincare product to licensed dermatology clinics across the Philippines. This is a contract-based, commission-driven role designed for experienced reps already embedded in the aesthetic or dermatology industry who can independently manage sales, accounts, and basic product positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a professional-use-only skincare product to licensed dermatology clinics (MD-run)
• Identify and grow clinic accounts while managing orders and sales pipelines
• Ensure proper positioning of the product as part of in-clinic treatments

• Leverage deep understanding of the aesthetic and dermatology clinic space to inform sales strategy
• Relay market feedback, competitor insights, and client concerns to guide growth decisions
• Assist in developing messaging or sales materials based on real clinic feedback

• Achieve monthly sales targets to activate base pay and remain eligible for contract renewal
• Operate independently — no internal sales support or product marketing provided
• Uphold discretion and compliance with professional-use positioning

• Extensive experience in the aesthetic or dermatology sales channel
• Active network of licensed derma clinics (with on-site MDs or dermatologists)
• Understands the clinic-only model and the importance of discreet, medically-aligned sales
• Self-driven, trustworthy, and able to handle clinic relationships with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with professional dispensing and physician-directed skincare protocols is a must

• Base salary: From PHP 25,000-35,000 / month
• Commission: 20% on all confirmed sales, performance-tied (requires hitting monthly sales minimum)
• Bonuses for clinic onboarding and top-performing reps
