TO SPECIFY JOB TITLE: DCAAM OFFICER

Job Description:

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date project database.
  • Generate concise reports and strategic plans for internal departments, including photo documentation and post-evaluation reports.
  • Ensure accurate recording, updating, and tracking of data while maintaining proper archiving processes.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on population demographics, traffic counts, and other relevant data to support project planning.
  • Develop strategic insights and present findings to key internal teams (Accounts, Creatives, Operations) and clients.
  • Validate acquired data and ensure accuracy during project execution.
  • Coordinate with external and client auditors, document findings, and address relevant feedback.
  • Perform internal audits during project runs to ensure compliance with set standards.
  • Negotiate terms for venue rentals and tie-ups to align with project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor project locations, and coordinate with institutional and government representatives for necessary permits and approvals.
  • Secure Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and project contracts to formalize partnerships.
  • Attend on-site inspections and monitor project execution to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or a related role. Experience in advertising, marketing, or operations is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Strong data analysis and research skills, with experience in handling demographic and traffic data.
  • Familiarity with documentation processes, reporting, and strategic planning.
