About the role
IAN Smart Energy Corp is seeking a CRM Specialist/IT to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that combines technical expertise with customer relationship management capabilities. As a CRM Specialist/IT, you will play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and optimising our Customer Relationship Management systems whilst providing technical support to ensure seamless operations across the organisation.This position sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure and business processes, making it integral to our digital transformation strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain CRM platforms and related systems to ensure optimal performance and user adoption
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM system users across the organisation
- Manage user access controls, data security, and system permissions within the CRM environment
- Customise and configure CRM modules to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance functionality
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users in utilising CRM features effectively
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and maintenance to ensure data integrity and system reliability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner
- Generate reports and analyse CRM data to provide insights for business improvement
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, IT Support Specialist, or similar role within a systems administration or IT environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable systems
- Solid understanding of networks and systems administration principles
- Technical proficiency in database management, system configuration, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication abilities to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with user training and documentation development
- Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance standards
- Relevant certifications in CRM systems, IT support, or network administration (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
