The OpsPlan, Compliance & Business Services Manager is responsible for managing business services and IT team engagement, operational planning, IT financials, vendor contracts and relationship, IT assets, and compliance. The role is on top of the IT budget planning activities, and is point person for delivering the requirements of the OpsCom and IS Core, for monitoring of the department’s hiring requirements, and for strategizing to keep the team highly engaged.

Furthermore, being responsible for IT Finance, the role ensures alignment of budget and actual costs to the team’s financial objectives.
