As Commercial Finance Analyst/Specialist, you will:
- Provide a granular control over backing up SF resources at whatever level the organization requires such as handling special Sales Office Audit, Sales Finance Projects and as Sales Finance Reliever
- Perform audits on financial transactions to ensure compliance through Trade AR Confirmation and surprise stock count in Panel and Warehouse (Risk profiling to be define) and testing of documents for SF back-office processes
- Conduct special audit as needed/requested by stakeholders
- Be responsible for researching, collecting, and analyzing data for the strategic decision-making process in new project developments.
- Support the Project, Programme, or Portfolio Manager and their team in delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis, and insights. The role also supports the PMO Manager in the delivery of PMO initiatives
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines to ensure projects are on track and meeting objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand the goals, requirements, priorities and translate into actionable insights, as well as provide them with timely, accurate and easy to access data needed on day-to-day basis
- At least 1-2 years of work experience, handling or overseeing an accounting, financial support, or audit function, credit management, or cashiering.
- Open to do fieldwork as deemed needed
- Intermediate level on Excel and Power point is a must
- Proven presentation and analytical skills, planning and organizational skills
- Attentive to details & knows how to manage priorities in tasks provided
- Possesses effective communication, presentation, training, planning and organizational skills, and controls mindset
