We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional service to our US mortgage customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills while ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Qualifications/Requirements- College-level education or a graduate, with a minimum of 12 months of BPO experience (Voice and/or Non-Voice).
- Excellent written communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu.
- Experience in the Banking, Finance, or Insurance industries.
- Possession of a passport or driver’s license for potential future international opportunities.
