UK Financial Customer Service / Collections Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated UK Financial Customer Service / Collections Trainers to join our growing team. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs for banking and financial accounts, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, communication skills, and operational expertise to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UK or US banking operations, collections, or financial services training within a BPO or shared services setting.

Responsibilities

Facilitate virtual and face-to-face training sessions for customer service and collections teams
Conduct onboarding, refresher, product, and process training programs
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to trainees and agents
Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and assessments
Monitor trainee progress and endorse employees for production readiness
Ensure training delivery aligns with business standards and client expectations
Support continuous improvement initiatives and training effectiveness programs
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address performance gaps

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree graduate
At least 2–4 years of work experience in UK or US banking operations and training within a call center or shared services environment
Relevant financial account experience should include:
Mortgage
Auto/Motor Financing
Collections
Fraud
Underwriting
Payouts
Related banking or financial services accounts
Experience under Loan Origination Process or Motor Financing is highly preferred
Experience solely in insurance or payroll accounts is not eligible
Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills
Basic understanding of training methodologies for both virtual and instructor-led classes
Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City
Willing to work shifting schedules under UK time

Salary and Benefits

Up to ₱48,000 basic salary plus ₱2,400 allowance (depending on experience)
₱40,000 joining bonus
20% night differential
HMO coverage starting Day 1
