ROLE: Medical Sales Representative (Medical Devices)

This role is critical in expanding our reach and ensuring healthcare providers have access to reliable, high-quality medical products.
What You’ll Do- Identify and develop new business opportunities (clinics, hospitals, distributors, corporate clients)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchasing officers, and decision-makers
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training for clients
- Translate product features into clear benefits for healthcare use
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → follow-ups → closing
- Regularly visit assigned territory and maintain consistent client engagement
- Track leads, sales activities, and pipeline using reports or CRM
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve products and strategy
- Ensure all product claims and communications are accurate and compliant
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- High level of persistence and follow-through (does not give up easily)
- Ability to learn and explain medical products clearly
- Organized and disciplined in managing schedules and follow-ups
- Comfortable handling rejection and adapting approach
- Proactive mindset — able to find opportunities without being told
- Honest and ethical in all sales interactions
- At least 1 year experience in sales (medical or healthcare-related preferred)
- Background in medical, nursing, pharmacy, or allied health is a plus
- Experience in field sales or account management is an advantage
- Willing to travel within assigned territory
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience selling medical devices or equipment
- Existing network of doctors, clinics, or hospitals
- Familiarity with government or corporate procurement processes
