Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to lead and expand our HVAC business in Cebu. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing and executing strategic business plans, managing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the HVAC business within the assigned region, ensuring achievement of sales and profitability objectives.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies, business plans, and action programs to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, strategic partnerships, and key accounts to support long-term growth.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, project owners, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Analyze existing customer accounts to assess loyalty, retention, and growth opportunities, and implement account development plans.
- Lead product presentations, solution demonstrations, and business reviews with clients and partners.
- Participate in technical and commercial meetings with clients to understand project requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct site visits and project reviews to ensure customer requirements are met and opportunities for additional business are identified.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance with company sales policies, procedures, and pricing strategies.
- Develop sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, client needs, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and business updates to Sales Director and Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer.
- Must have a RME License.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the AC, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, applications, and project-based sales processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing key customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine HVAC market, including consultants, contractors, developers, and project channels.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Philippines as required.
