Sales Admin (Female and Asap Joiner)

Job Description: Sales Admin Female and Asap Joiner Only

The Sales Admin provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.

• At Least and 1 year experience as Sales Admin preferably female and Asap Joiner only
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and assist with daily sales operations.
• Prepare, process, and maintain sales documents, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
• Manage and update customer records, sales databases, and tracking files.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Monitor sales transactions and ensure accuracy of data and documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Finance, Operations, and Logistics to support order fulfillment.
• Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
