Project Execution & Oversight
  • Support the VP in planning, managing, and delivering construction and renovation projects-from pre-construction through turnover.
  • Oversee on-site activities, monitoring work progress, quality benchmarks, safety compliance, and timely execution.
  • Drive execution excellence by aligning project plans with the company's operational targets and delivery timelines.Vendor & Partner Management
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of each project phase.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and selection of vendors through RFPs, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage external partners and service providers to ensure accountability, performance, and compliance with project requirements.Cost, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Track project budgets, costs, and variations, working closely with the Finance team to control overruns and ensure ROI.
  • Monitor compliance with national and local construction regulations, zoning requirements, and permitting timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early in the construction cycle, especially related to safety and legal compliance.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to internal construction teams and site coordinators, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Project Delivery) to support end-to-end construction workflows.
  • Help standardize best practices across regions, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor and report construction KPIs, including completion timelines, cost performance, quality metrics, and contractor efficiency.
  • Escalate delays, red flags, or performance issues with data-driven recommendations to the VP and senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in managing construction or renovation projects, ideally in the residential, affordable housing, or midrise segment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with significant team and contractor oversight.
  • Strong understanding of construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD) and office productivity software (Google Suite/Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability in field execution.
