Machine Operator-OJT
The Machine Operator OJT will assist our production team in operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment. This training program is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global paper packaging environment, allowing students to apply their school learning to real-world industrial machinery
Key Responsibilities (What They Will Learn & Do):
Machine Operation: Assist regular operators in setting up, running, and monitoring packaging production machinery.Quality & Safety: Help check outputs for quality compliance and learn strict factory Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Maintenance: Assist in basic machine cleaning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Reporting: Learn to log production data and maintain daily operations checklists.
Requirements:
Education: Currently enrolled in a Technical-Vocational Course (e.g., TESDA Machining, Electromechanical, Mechanical Technology) or a BS Mechanical/Industrial Engineering program requiring mandatory internship hours.
Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tool handling.Shift Flexibility: Willing to learn and work in shifting schedules if required by the production calendar.
Attitude: Eager to learn, safety-conscious, and a dependable team player.
