About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to support purchase order (PO) processing and procurement operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking exposure to global procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Review and validate requests for purchase order (PO) creation, ensuring completeness and proper authorization
• Accurately create purchase orders, including vendor details, items/services, quantities, and delivery instructions
• Coordinate with requestors and approvers regarding PO status and updates
• Maintain and update open purchase orders in the system
• Confirm receipt of goods/services in the system upon completion or delivery
• Handle invoice exceptions to facilitate payment processing with Accounts Payable
• Ensure proper closure of purchase orders through stakeholder coordination
• Track, monitor, and report progress of PO requests and open orders
• Process vendor setup requests as needed
• Prepare and publish monthly performance metrics with analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in PO creation and procurement workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Exposure to enterprise systems (preferably SAP/S4HANA)
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and controls
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience working in multicultural or global teams is an advantage
