Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years designing within HubSpot
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in creating web page mockups in Figma
- Must have HUBL language / jQuery / JavaScript / CSS and HTML / Media Queries / Node JS and Huspot theme development experience
- Experience in multitasking different projects
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a HubSpot Designer/ HubSpot Front-end Developer & Designer. As a HubSpot Designer/ HubSpot Front-end Developer & Designer, you will be responsible for designing landing pages, custom modules, and website pages on our HubSpot platform to meet marketing and sales requirements.You will play a crucial role in leveraging HubSpot's features and capabilities to support our overall business objectives and enhance our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences for leads and customers.
- Optimize HubSpot and website pages for SEO, including metadata, headings, and keyword usage.
- Build and maintain custom modules, templates, and themes within HubSpot using HubL, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and prototype web pages using Figma/XD, then build and deploy them in HubSpot.
- Create visually engaging marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and website content while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience through intuitive layouts and navigation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to run A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
- Manage the creation, publishing, and organization of marketing content in HubSpot (blogs, web pages, downloadable resources).
- Ensure all HubSpot assets are responsive and display correctly across devices and screen sizes.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Proven experience with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, headings).
- Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ability to design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web assets.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to balance functionality and aesthetics.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
- Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
