Job Description

We’re Hiring: E-commerce & Content Generalist

• Be our all-around teammate who drives online sales while keeping daily operations smooth.

Location: Pasig (On-site)

• Operate cashiering/POS: sales, receipts, daily reconciliation
• Manage social media accounts (IG, TikTok, FB): post content, reply to DMs, boost engagement
• Create daily content: short videos, photos, captions (CapCut or similar)
• Manage online shops (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada): listings, pricing, promos
• Track inventory basics: stock counts, low-stock alerts, restocks
• Coordinate influencers/UGC: send briefs, track codes, repost content
• Assist in live selling & in-store events/pop-ups
• Report simple weekly KPIs: posts made, response time, sales, returns
• Stay organized, proactive, and independent — take initiative without micromanagement

• Live selling hosting / on-cam confidence
• Basic ads knowledge (Boosts, TikTok Promote, influencer outreach)

Qualifications/Requirements

• You can take clean photos and videos, and you’re comfortable editing them on CapCut, Canva, or similar apps.
• You know how to write catchy captions, product descriptions, and simple ad copy.
• You’re active on social media and understand how IG, TikTok, and FB work — from posting consistently to boosting engagement.
• You’re comfortable operating a cashier/POS, issuing receipts, and reconciling sales at the end of the day.
• You can manage online shops (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) — uploading listings, adjusting prices, running promos.
• You know how to track stock levels, spot low-stock items, and flag restocks.
• You can multitask between in-store responsibilities and online work without losing focus.
• You handle customer inquiries quickly and politely, whether in-store or through DMs.

• You stay organized, manage your time well, and take initiative without needing micromanagement.

• You’re confident on camera and comfortable hosting live selling sessions.
• You have basic knowledge of ads (FB boosts, TikTok Promote, influencer outreach).
• You have basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
• You’ve coordinated with influencers or content creators before.
