The Senior Fund Accountant is responsible for managing fund-level financial activities, including capital transactions, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

• Manage fund accounting tasks: capital tracking, rollforwards, waterfalls, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, intercompany loans, and capital account records.
• Coordinate reporting workflows, financial calendars, and ensure timely report delivery.
• Collaborate with asset managers and stakeholders on capital needs and fund performance.
• Support audits, tax filings, investor disclosures (e.g., K-1s), and REIT compliance.
• Identify reporting variances, track issues, and support improvements in reporting systems like Yardi.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in corporate and 2+ in financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pro formas, budgets) and accounting software.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and working with various stakeholders.
• Strong initiative, able to multitask across teams and systems.
• Clear English communication, especially with U.S.-based teams.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Office and financial documentation accuracy.
