Sales & Marketing Assistant (Events)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Sales and Marketing Manager and Officer in Organizing and managing events place calendar of marketing events.
• Requests quotation and samples from the suppliers
• Handles customer’s concerns and queries relevant to events management
• Coordinates requirements to Operations team in the setup, facilitation, and completion of events.
• Attends to client’s pre-event requirements, inquiries, follow ups among others.
• Conducts ocular with potential clients
• Assist Sales and Marketing Manager and Officer in closing deals to ensure achievement of sales target
• Process payment and security deposits in coordination with Accounting Team.
• Updates organizations’ customer database.
• Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns.
• Plots social media content calendar for postings.
• Assist Sales and Marketing Manager in doing events administrative requirements and reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

Skills: Good communication skills, knowledgeable in Canva, Adobo photoshop or photo/video editing skills is an advantage.
