About this Role

This role manages sales development within a specific geographic area of the market territory by implementing direct or indirect routing strategies, and executing market, selling, and distribution systems in coordination with finance, logistics, and human resources.

It leads the execution of tasks through a motivated sales team and ensures the achievement of key performance indicators set by management through objective-setting, performance tracking, problem-solving, and coaching.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Planning: plans and develops sales strategies for assigned territory
Route Management: configures routes and itineraries aligned with sales objectives
Report Review: reviews reports and implements corrective action plans if needed
Program Execution: ensures full implementation of marketing programs
Field Supervision: conducts route riding, validates transactions, and supports team
Performance Tracking: tracks sales performance and maintains team morale and discipline
Team Leadership: leads subordinates in achieving objectives following company policies
Sales Expertise: demonstrates knowledge in marketing strategies and sales management

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
Holder of Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of AB
