Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist in developing strategies to help drive and support casino marketing revenue goals. Functions as part of a team to generate business and customer insights and lead performance results and recommendations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze casino events, promotions, and programs; deliver insights and actionable recommendations
Assess promotional needs and support marketing decision-making through data analysis
Support the Marketing Analytics strategic roadmap
Develop customer segmentation and behavioral models across the lifecycle
Generate actionable insights, revenue opportunities, and cost-efficiency initiatives
Contribute to a Marketing Analytics center of excellence (processes, tools, governance)
Support data warehouse initiatives for a 360° customer view across the resort
Assist in designing and executing strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, visits, and gameplay
Work with cross-functional teams to plan and manage campaigns, promotions, and incentives tied to gaming revenue and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years of experience in market study and data analysis
2-3 years of experience in SAS, SQL and PowerBI
Experience working in an integrated casino resort is a plus
