Corporate Communications Assistant Manager

Position Responsibilities:

  • Primarily handles the communication requirements of the company’s various internal stakeholders
  • Serves as the lead in the planning, execution, and evaluation of on-brand and on-value Corporate Events and Traditions
  • Promotes brand ambassadorship by creating content features that aim to strengthen internal stakeholders’ awareness of the different brands of the company
  • Crafts Corporate Publications such as the annual report, corporate brochures and AVP, and manages content of the Company’s intranet site

General Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Communications Course (e.g., Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcasting, Advertising, Public Relations, or equivalent)
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in Corporate Communications, particularly in internal communications, employee engagement, and digital content management and creation
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (English and Filipino)
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, across various platforms and for different audiences
  • Excellent organizational, event conceptualization and management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and people skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and deliver high quality output within tight timelines
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
  • Up to date with the latest digital trends, platforms, and solutions
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
