HINO Davao - Motormall Davao Corporation is seeking a talented and driven PARTS & SERVICE SALES HEAD to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the sales performance of our parts and service.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the sales activities of a Parts and Service Sales Department, ensuring efficient operations, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Manage and motivate a team, handle inventory, and work to grow the business by identifying new opportunities. With Key responsibilities on:
- Sales Management
- Team Leadership
- Inventory & Operations Management
- Customer Service
- Marketing & Promotion Skills
- Knowledgeable on Updated Trends & Best Practice
- A Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Automotive Parts and Service sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage, but not required.
- With Experience of at least (3) three years in Sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address sales-related issues.
- Proficient in using sales management software and data analysis tool.
- Thorough understanding of the local automotive market and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
