Investor Engagement Analyst - Hybrid - Quezon City

Role Overview:
The position will provide dedicated support to the Investor Engagement Team, contributing to both live initiatives and desk-based research across three core areas: institutional investor communications, investor intelligence analysis, and data interpretation using Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an information liaison with institutional investors, assisting both the proxy voting and corporate actions teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client outcomes related to Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Asset Owners, and intermediaries such as custodians, private client brokers, and service vendors.
- Manage multichannel communications, covering inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other formats, to clearly convey campaign-specific information (e.g., AGM/EGM, M&A).
- Gather, verify, and analyze investor intelligence from a variety of sources including investor documentation, third-party vendors, and internal databases. This includes insights on proxy advisor usage, governance expectations, ESG considerations, and voting behavior.
- Maintain and update investor intelligence records within the organization’s proprietary database to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of client-facing reports, ensuring clarity, relevance, and strategic value.
- Contribute proactively to the enhancement of daily deliverables, including the design and structure of reporting templates and analytical outputs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation to contribute within an international organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
