Office Clerk (Project-Based | 5 Months)

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support while assisting with basic accounting functions during a 5-month project-based assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Prepare, organize, file, and maintain office documents and records.
- Encode and update accounting and administrative data accurately.
- Assist in processing invoices, official receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in monitoring petty cash and other accounting transactions, as needed.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team regarding documentation and reports.
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related 4-year course.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Computer literate with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
- Can start ASAP.
