Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support while assisting with basic accounting functions during a 5-month project-based assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Prepare, organize, file, and maintain office documents and records.
  • Encode and update accounting and administrative data accurately.
  • Assist in processing invoices, official receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documents.
  • Assist in monitoring petty cash and other accounting transactions, as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team regarding documentation and reports.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related 4-year course.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Computer literate with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
  • Can start ASAP.
