KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory applications, notifications, registrations, and renewals for cosmetic and veterinary products to relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance of products with applicable local and international regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Review product formulations, labels, packaging materials, and promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance before market release.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies regarding product registrations, approvals, amendments, and compliance-related inquiries.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant departments to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Maintain and organize regulatory documentation, licenses, permits, certificates, and product dossiers.
  • Prepare and review technical documents, safety assessments, product information files, and supporting regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in responding to regulatory inspections, audits, and requests from government authorities.
  • Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support importation and exportation requirements by securing necessary permits, clearances, and regulatory documentation.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal stakeholders regarding cosmetic and veterinary product regulations and compliance requirements.
Key Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC license.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in cosmetics and veterinary products.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and product registration processes.
  • Familiarity with cosmetic and veterinary product regulations, labeling, and GMP standards.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory documents and dossiers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
