The Role
As our Data Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of healthcare operations and business growth. You will be responsible for tracking sales pipelines, analyzing medication data, and optimizing our supply chain using our ERP system. You won't just be generating reports—you will be the bridge between raw healthcare metrics and our next big business decision.
- Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 / month (depending on experience)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila (Candidates from Mandaluyong and nearby areas like Pasig, Makati, San Juan, and Quezon City will be prioritized)
- Healthcare & Medication Data Analysis: Analyze product trends, inventory levels, medication usage data, and healthcare metrics to optimize supply and demand.
- Sales Pipeline Optimization: Track, analyze, and map out our healthcare sales pipelines to identify bottlenecks, predict revenue, and improve conversion rates.
- ERP Management: Maintain, clean, and extract data from our ERP system to ensure precise inventory tracking and accurate operational reporting.
- Data Translation: Translate complex technical data trends into practical, easy-to-understand insights for non-technical team members and leadership.
- ERP Familiarity: Strong experience working with Odoo is highly preferred —handling setup, workarounds, workflow customization, and system configurations to fit our evolving startup needs. Familiarity with other ERP systems can also be considered.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience analyzing data within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or wellness industries is highly advantageous.
- Data & Pipeline Expertise: Proven track record analyzing sales pipelines, inventory data, and operational metrics.
- Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data cleaning) and data visualization tools.
- Startup Mindset: You are comfortable handling pressure, managing tight deadlines, and taking ownership of your work in an evolving startup landscape.
- Location Preference: Willingness to work in Mandaluyong City. Proximity to the office is a major plus—candidates from the immediate and surrounding areas are highly preferred.
