Role Description:

The IT Intern (Head Office) will be responsible for supporting the IT Department in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting in network and security operations. This role involves executing administrative and technical tasks essential for the smooth operation of IT services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

IT Support

Monitor and respond to IT-related requests via the ticketing system
Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, including computers and printers
Help in managing user accounts and access permissions
Monitor Branch Internet Connectivity.

Hardware & Software Management

Assist in software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
Support inventory tracking and maintenance of IT assets
Perform basic diagnostics, repairs, and replacements on IT hardware

Network & Security Support

Assist in troubleshooting Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity issues
Support data security, backup processes, and system monitoring

Administrative

Maintain IT records, ticket logs, and asset documentation
Assist in IT-related training sessions and onboarding processes
Provide general administrative support for the IT department
